Once we are properly equipped for the ride, we start riding our trails accompanied by local cowboys and guides, where you will find diverse native flora and fauna, as well as our cattle and sheep.

When we arrive back from the ride, we will take off the saddles and move onto the Quincho (barbecue area) where we will cook together and enjoy a tasty barbecue of lamb, accompanied with local potatoes, salads, pebre (typical Chilean salsa), bread and something to drink.
And last but not least, so that you can live the whole experience and your getaway is perfect, enjoy the landscape whilst you observe and learn the tricks and abilities of the sheep dogs in their work with the sheep, which will be guided by our gaucho (cowboy).

In our barbecue area, you are invited to enjoy a typical dish from Patagonia, like the whole grilled lamb on a spit, from on our property and 100% ecological. The cooking process is a minimum of four hours, and the barbecue includes lamb, aperitivo (pisco sour), a glass of wine, salad using lettuce from our property, a typical Chilean tomato dish, homemade bread, ‘pebre’ (Chilean salsa), water, homemade dessert, as well as te, coffee or a herbal brew.

Enjoy a demonstration of the tricks and abilities of the sheep dogs, with an innate instinct for herding. The dogs are a fundamental part of the team of this typical job in the working livestock ranches of Patagonia, which you can see and feel on our country property.
Known as a “corralero horse”, the purebred Chilean horse is popular for its great responsiveness toits rider’s commands, its rusticity and ease of training. Which allows us to offer a demonstration of its abilities and with it a special ‘cueca’ (traditional dance) with the Chilean flag, on horseback.
If you have a family with small children or if you are travelling with seniors, and you would like to escape civilizationand connect with nature, this experience is for you.
Connect with horses for the first time and if you feel like it or wish to remember life in the past: we offer a 20 minute horse ride on a trail suitable for those with no prior experience, and for children from 3 years old, all of this whilst you are enjoying a delicious afternoon tea in our picnic area, with products that are 100% homemade.
