We process data in accordance with current Chilean regulations (Law No. 19,628 on the protection of privacy) and are already preparing for the full implementation of Law No. 21,719, which modernizes the system and creates the Personal Data Protection Agency

• Technical/security logs: for reasonable periods of time for security and compliance purposes.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion (or “to be forgotten”), objection, blocking, and portability (where applicable) by sending an email to entreaperosycalafates@gmail.com with the subject “Data Rights – Website” and a description of your request.
